Summary/Abstract: The basic expression of care for future generations is upbringing and education. Much depends on the teachers themselves. When they are true masters, it will be easier for them to attract young people, and when they only practice their profession, it is difficult to expect positive results from their work. Being yourself and being a teacher (master) do not interfere with each other. The relationship of master and disciple is always a personal relationship. The ideal of education based on the master-apprentice relationship is now being displaced. The reasons vary. However, you don’t become a master on credit or on trial. The Master is a guide for those who want to acquire specific competences and skills, abilities, character traits, and strive for an ideal.
