Summary/Abstract: With the establishment of statehood, the process of establishing new institutions began. These institutions included competent people and removable officials. The state apparatus relied on centralism and bureaucratism, there was also no difference between public service, political interest and private interest. The structure of the state apparatus was hierarchical, and decisions were made by professional officials, who were chosen by the monarch, and most importantly, they were completely dependent on him. The 19th century was a period of significant changes in the model of the state and its administration. This is the time of birth of the modern model of public administration. The modernization of administration brings the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries and with it the progressive process of robotization. Robotization of processes in public administration is becoming more and more popular, and consequently has a positive impact on its efficiency. It consists in auto-mating processes that are difficult, time-consuming and monotonous for employees. It enables more effective, faster and more efficient performance of specific activities and administrative work, which results in lower costs. Robotization of processes in public administration is most often aimed at optimizing routine processes. Hence, the pur-pose of this article will be to try to answer the question of how robotization processes optimize public administration on selected examples? The main thesis of the article is the statement that robotization processes in public administration contribute to its modernization and increase the efficiency and quality of services provided. This statement is confirmed by the fact that an effective public administration must act efficiently, quickly enough and precisely at the same time. The increasing number of applicants means that the amount of manual work is also increasing. In order to prevent unnecessary downtime and mistakes, public administration offices more and more often decide to use RPA tools.
