Summary/Abstract: Degenerative joint disease is a serious medical and social problem. Chronic pain and motor dysfunction contribute to the deterioration of patient’s life quality. Deep electro-magnetic stimulation (DEMS) is a new and effective method of treatment of pain associated with degeneration of joints. The main objective of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of DEMS in treating patients with chronic pain syndromes of spine and limbs. Correspondence analysis and classification trees were applied to identify patient’s characteristics correspond-ing with the lessening of pain.
