Summary/Abstract: Personal security is one of the objectives of the socio-political-economic development of the civilized states in the world and of the citizens who make up those states. Depending on the definition of the concept of personal security, the areas of action are established, among which we list: education, health, communications, transport, etc. At the same time, each state has the obligation and the right to draw the regulatory directions of the legal framework, in order to establish and apply the necessary measures to increase the degree of security of the person and implicitly of the society itself.
