Considerations about some definitions in the criminal law

Summary/Abstract: The interpretation of a legal norm and its correct application to concrete cases depends on its understanding. It is therefore necessary that certain phrases or certain terms benefit from a legal definition. Sometimes, depending on the amendments and additions that are made by the legislator in the content of an incrimination norm, the legal provision that includes the definition of the concept used in that norm is also amended.
