Summary/Abstract: This article aims to provide a qualitative insight into the perspectives and experiences of the teachers attending the training on latent learning in the ’’C.C.D.C. – Climate Change deserves to be in the Curricula’’ project. The purpose of the study is related to the objective of the project and covers the assessment of the training of teachers on latent learning, how to produce digital games that provide conscious learning of the curriculum outcome and subconscious learning of environment and climate change, as well as teachers’ production of such digital games. To validate this project objective and the findings of the study, 30 teachers of various disciplines from the secondary schools in Arges County, in Romania, one of the project partners, will play and test the games. They play the game in groups and then give feedback via the digital games assessment test (DGAT). The participants give their perspectives on combining and managing these games with different learning environments and tools. Their suggestions may become part of another outcome of the project: the teacher's handbook.
