Summary/Abstract: Financial-accounting management is an essential function for any organization, and it faces several challenges and perspectives that must be addressed to ensure its effectiveness. Financial-accounting management system faces several challenges in Romania, such as regulations and compliance, technology, data management, and talent management. However, there are also several perspectives that can help overcome these challenges, such as automation, sustainability, data analytics, and collaboration. By addressing these challenges and embracing these perspectives, financial-accounting management in Romania can become more effective and efficient.
