Summary/Abstract: The paper offers a psychological and pedagogical analysis of the process of forming activity and behavior. It is considered as a process in which connecting and determining conditions view children as subjects of their behavior and activity and the formed levels of their cognitive development. The psychological prerequisites are emphasized in the analysis and they are mostly related to thinking, and the task problem and the goal of the activity are viewed as a basic pedagogical tool.
