Summary/Abstract: The main objective of this paper is to indicate the fact that Foreign Trade Arbitration was founded within the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska in 1998, and to further reveal certain particularities of this arbitration in relation to other international trade arbitrations. Although it is a rather young trade arbitration, its importance is enormous in terms of resolving international trade disputes and developing arbitration as a non-state institution.
