Summary/Abstract: The research dealt with the financial terms Arabized in the Dīwān al-Kharāj from the book Mafātīḥ al-ʿUlūmin terms of language and function and the importance of Arabic dictionaries in clarifying the way of Arabizing these vocabulary in the Dīwān al-Kharāj, which is the Diwân responsible for collecting the al-Kharaj tax, which constitutes a major resource in the finances of the Arab Islamic state in the era Al-Waseet and Keys to Sciences A thousand in the fourth century AH and Mafātīḥ al-ʿUlūmconsists of two articles: the first article is Sharia sciences and the Arabic sciences associated with them, and the second article is the sciences of non-Arabs from the Greeks and other nations. The book was written by Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Yusūf al-Khwārizmī, the writer who died in the year 387 AH. The purpose of the research is to define the financial vocabulary Arabized in the Dīwān al-Kharāj and the method of the Arab Muslims in Arabizing the vocabulary, which the Arabic language dictionaries referred to as the Arabized non-Arabic vocabulary, and they referred to it as Arabized or non-Arabic, and the manner in which it was dealt with in those dictionaries and the method of its Arabization, which was by the method of integration or replacement Linguistic in accordance with the linguistic path of Arabic and be similar to the image of the Arabic words and pronounce it in their tongue, which is called Arabized. The approach of the owners of the Arabic linguistic dictionaries is an approach based on mentioning the origin of the foreign word followed by an Arabized word, and they mentioned its origins by saying Persian, Syriac, and Greek. Within the scope of this research, the concept of Arabization was defined linguistically and idiomatically, and the method of Arab Muslims in Arabizing Persian and Greek vocabulary in the Dīwān al-Kharāj and the method of Arab Muslims. The Muslim Arabs used the method of substitution in letters or the change of construction from non-Arabic speech. Ibn Burrī al-Maqdisī, (d. 582 AH) separated the method of Arabization of non-Arabic expressions in his book Arabization and the Arabized. It became clear that there were two methods that the Arabs followed in Arabization. In this context, we have separated the financial terms Arabized in the Dīwān al-Kharāj and the method of the Arab Muslims in Arabizing the vocabulary.
