Summary/Abstract: The objective of the research is to investigate and pinpoint the expected impacts of the organisational climate on em- ployee engagement. The research was conducted by means of a CAWI online survey among employees of internation- al organisations with branches or representative offices in Poland, as well as Polish companies with their own organ- isational units abroad. The survey involved 835 employ- ees at various organisational levels of the companies. The results of the empirical research clearly showed a strong positive relationship between the organisational climate and levels of engagement in work and in the organisation. It is possible to identify the dimensions of the organisa- tional climate that are most closely related to employee en- gagement in general, namely the organisation and nature of work, autonomy, rewards and motivation, flexibility, a sense of psychological security and management.
