Summary/Abstract: The recording of personal data processing operations represents a legal obligation of data controllers, including bailiffs, as well as their authorized data processors, as one of the organizational measures to ensure a level of transparency of the manner in which the data are collected, used, stored etc., while representing a guarantee for the rights of the data subject and a mechanism for demonstrating compliance by data controllers with the principles of legitimacy provided by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU).
