RECOMMENDATIONS TO EDITORS OF THE FUTURE CIVIL CODE

Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the issue of codification of civil law in the territory of the Republic of Srpska. The author follows the recommendations and conclusions addressed to the members of the Association of Lawyers of the Republika Srpska at the Ninth October Lawyer's Days on the stimulation of thinking that goes in the direction of the realization of the idea of codification of civil law. The paper deals with the conditions, principles and strategic decisions that the editors of the future codification draft should follow in their work.
