Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the appearance of racialized parliamentarism in the historical context and its formation in SR Germany in 1949 is considered. Using the method of institutional analysis, the organization of the government of the Federal Republic of Germany will be presented as a typical model of the system of rationalized parliamentarism, with an emphasis on the executive power. Contemporary German parliamentarism represents a stable political system, in which power is limited by constitutional procedures, but at the same time its center - the Federal Government headed by the chancellor - is clearly defined and protected.
