Summary/Abstract: Cambodia. Considerable attention is paid to the competences of the Extraordinary Chambers and the international crimes contained in the Law on the Establishment of the Extraordinary Chambers of the In the paper, the author analyzes some of the specifics of the Extraordinary Chambers of the Courts of Courts of Cambodia (genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes). Likewise, the paper also mentions some characteristics related to the type of procedure, sources and principles of Extraordinary Councils. In this regard, the subject of attention are the principle of legality, individual criminal responsibility, the admissibility of evidence and the burden of proof and the participants in the proceedings before the Extraordinary Chambers (the defendant, the defendant's counsel and the injured party), and special forms of cooperation between the Extraordinary Chambers and the Kingdom of Cambodia. In the central part of the work, the author analyzes and comments on the course of proceedings before the Extraordinary Chambers, which includes the preliminary proceedings, the main trial, the appeals proceedings and the revision of the final verdict.
