Summary/Abstract: The Bulgarian rose oil (Rosa damascena Mill.) Is a traditional Bulgarian culture. It is grown in relatively small areas and in limited areas, but products derived from the processing of the color of rose are widely used in cosmetics, medicine and food industry. Bulgarian rose oil is widely recognized as a quality standard in the world. It is characterized by qualities that surpass the rose oils offered on the world markets by other producing countries, including Turkey, Russia, China, Iran, India, Georgia, Egypt, Algeria, France and others.
