Summary/Abstract: The article examines the key philosophical concepts of H. S. Skovoroda. The possibilities and prospects of using philosophical concepts in the modern realities in Ukraine are revealed. In particular, the focus is on childhood as a subject of the philosopher’s research. The boundaries of the perception of childhood are expanded, and the world of Grigoriy Skovoroda’s childhood is analyzed in several dimensions: a child in the classical sense; the archetype of the child as a manifestation of the connection with God; childhood period of Grigory Skovoroda.
