Summary/Abstract: This article proposes a brief terminological foray into theories of understanding human consciousness, with the aim of exploring the subtle connections between the latest studies in psychology, neurology, and theatre. Our aim is to show how theatre manages to build bridges between different levels of reality, based on the link between the profane and the sacred, on the relationship between the visible and the invisible, embracing life and the universe of forms in all their richness and diversity.
