Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the wider circumstances surrounding the collection “Tribute to the 60th birthday of Dr. Emil Hácha” (1932), edited by Jiří Hoetzel. Comenius University in Bratislava in this collection collected contributions from Czech, Slovak and Czech-German lawyers, a circle of friends of Emil Hácha, in the environment of lawyers. Some of the contributions, in partial aspects, directly refer to Emil Hácha as a lawyer or a person.
