Summary/Abstract: In the first half of September the WSE main indexes soared leaving a year-long horizontal trend. It suggests better prospects for Polish stocks. Financial markets should feature relatively low risk premium and high price volatility. The WSE quantity-maximizing strategy comes at the cost of market quality. Spectacular bankruptcies of the Catalyst-floated bond issuers substantially worsen the market’s prospects in the short and medium term.
