Summary/Abstract: Telecom infrastructure investments have been realized mainly thanks to EU funding. Poland is at risk to lose the funds unless administrative procedures shorten considerably and legislative changes bring expected results. After the Euro 2012 infrastructural investments have fallen substantially, negatively contributing to the GDP growth. Changes on the international gas market and the EU regulatory policy put Poland in a difficult situation
