Summary/Abstract: This paper aims at exploring the way in which business is conducted electronically with regards to legal transactions and contractual relationships on the Internet. It describes the forms of consumer and commercial legal agreements with regard to the specifics that appear at the conclusion depending on technological grounds (protocol). The comparative characteristics of the contracts are presented in electronic form in relation to the paper form, as well as specific provisions of the Law on Electronic Commerce in comparison to the Law of Obligations.
