Summary/Abstract: Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations by 1961. in Article 1 found that the privileges and immunities enjoyed by the head of mission, members of the diplomatic staff, members of the administrative and technical staff, members of the service staff and private service. The Convention was codified customary diplomatic law. In this paper, the privileges and immunities of permanent diplomatic missions and diplomatic and other personnel will be exposed to no comparison with the privileges and immunities of consular missions and consular staff as well as the privileges and immunities of special missions and missions representing the state in international organizations.
