Summary/Abstract: Poetry, like the law, is a fiction. Until recently complementary and interdisciplinary aspects of law and literature have been studied exclusively by legal and literary theorists. Legal practitioners have given insignificant contribution to the theory of mutual relations of legal and literary sciences. The author of this paper will try to revive antique legal and literary dialogue, to evoke the importance of the Law and Literature movement through practical literary argumentation. Case law has many a time proved a lush resource of literary master pieces, which have simultaneously entered academic institutions as compulsory legal reading.
