Summary/Abstract: The development of science and the introduction of new methods in modern society put the issue of the right to education and its availability in line with modern standards, which arise from the needs, pace, and needs of life. Educational systems are constantly evolving and offer a variety of opportunities and services to educate and raise awareness. The right to education, as one of the important guarantors of fundamental human rights, determines the level of development of society. Education gives a person the opportunity to be employed and become in demand in the appropriate field of his knowledge. The right to education, in fact, is the basis of the development of the modern Georgian state. The paper discusses the right to education in Georgia before constitutional recognition and the constitutional recognition of the right to education in Georgia, which is presented as the following issues: mechanisms of realization of the right to education in ancient Georgia; The impact of declaring Christianity as the state religion in Georgia in the establishment and spread of educational centers in Georgia; Age of starting education and forms of education in Georgia from the ancient period to the 11th century; In order to create mechanisms for the protection and realization of the right to education, measures carried out by Davit IV Agmashenebeli; Mongol invasion and the right to education in Georgia; The age of renaissance and the right to education in Georgia; Russification policy and the right to education in Georgia; Soviet government and the right to education in Georgia. Educational systems in Georgia presented in the paper which are discussed from a historical perspective, reveal that education in Georgia has always responded to the requirements of the era. The aspiration of the Georgian people for education has always been great and is still the same today. The Georgians received education abroad if the existing educational institutions in Georgia could not meet the demands of Georgian society. A clear example of which is the Middle Ages, the 19th century, and the modern epoch.
