Summary/Abstract: The creation of value for all people involved in the business sphere creates the basis for the agreement and harmonization of the objectives of the parties and the search for mutually beneficial ways to achieve them. A number of companies have shown openness in promoting their corporate culture and stakeholder engagement experience as an example of doing business in a dynamic environment and how to respond to external and internal challenges. In addition, these companies consider the SRM(stakeholder relationsheep management) model as the core of their corporate culture and business model as a whole, which allows them to shape and adapt the company’s development strategy in harmony with the interests of stakeholders.
