Summary/Abstract: Spatial thinking and visual intelligence are part of the overall mental apparatus of humans, performing the reception, processing and analysis of information coming from the outside world through the various senses. Based on this information, each of us gains experience and develops different abilities that help us solve problems and perform various activities - from the simplest to the most complex. The article aims to check whether there is a change in the level of spatial thinking in students after a course of study in a linear perspective. The chosen research method is a test for determining spatial thinking according to Yakimanskaya, Zarkhin, Kadayas. Students are tested twice - before the start of the course and after the end of the course, at the end of the semester. The testing was conducted in two consecutive school years 2019/2020 and 2020/2021.
