Summary/Abstract: The relevance of the problem interpreted in this article stems from the fact that the main goal of training under the guidance of a mentor is to create competencies necessary for the full realization of the individual in society. It is "a form of partnership between the subjects of the vocational school, vocational college or vocational training center and one or more employers, which includes: practical training in a real work environment, and training in a vocational school, vocational college or vocational training center."
