Summary/Abstract: The authors justify the usefulness of the concept of public-law association for legal deliberations within the community (corporate) elements in the concept of a democratic state ruled by law, as well as for analyzing multi-subjectivity in the field of public administration, where the state acts as the basic public-law association, and other derivatives of it (the public-law association it creates) act in the decentralized sphere. This concept allows for the differentiation of other entities of this public administration which have the attributes of a person under public law but are not a public-law associations. The text is inspired by the academic achievements of Professor Tadeusz Bigo.
