Summary/Abstract: This study aims to examine the critical role that school administrators play in enhancing teachers' motivation. Teacher motivation is vital for student achievement and the overall performance of the school. The focus of the study is to understand and explain how school administrators can influence teachers' job satisfaction, work engagement and attitudes towards students. The methodology of the study is a literature review. Literature review is a method in which similar studies, theories and findings are analyzed by searching for relevant sources in the existing literature. The findings show that school administrators' leadership styles affect teachers' motivation levels. In addition, school administrators play an important role in providing support, communicating and offering professional development opportunities to teachers. This study emphasizes that school administrators have a key role to increase teachers' motivation and thus positively influence student achievement. School administrators should develop effective leadership and support strategies to increase teachers' job satisfaction and performance. This study offers important implications for leaders and decision makers in the education sector.
