Summary/Abstract: Hilmi Ziya Ülken, one of the first philosophers of the Republic of Turkey and one of the important figures of the Republican Era who left a mark on our history of thought, is a name that has worked in many fields, confronted both Eastern and Western Culture, and created a historical background for our philosophy. What is intended to be conveyed by this article is to explain the concepts of Human-Value and Education in Hilmi Ziya Ülken's thought and to explain their inseparable relationship with each other. In this way, it has assumed the role of being a guiding guide for today's people in their quest to find and search for themselves.
