Summary/Abstract: It is known that wild fruits, called forest fruits, have been consumed by humans for many years. There are several common types of these fruits in our country. While some are consumed fresh, some are stored as winter food. Today, the rapid increase in diseases, especially cancer, has increased people's tendency to protect their health more. This increase has led people to consume foods with natural ingredients and high antioxidant values. These fruits, which grow in forested areas, are healthier than other fruits because they are away from chemical pollution In this compilation study; Research has been conducted on the benefits of wild forest fruits and how they are used in the kitchen. Document review method was chosen to collect data in the study. At the end of the study, it was concluded that forest fruits are very important for human health and should be consumed widely. It has been revealed that it can be used fresh or processed in Turkish cuisine.
