A LOOK AT THE MUSHROOM MANAGEMENT APPROACH IN BUSINESSES MANAGEMENT

Summary/Abstract: Management practices in businesses differ depending on the experience, knowledge and education of managers. Managers can adopt the mushroom management approach as their management style. Mushroom management is a business management in which the communication channels between managers and employees do not work effectively, and the management is kept confidential by the management about affecting their work and business decisions. Managers who adopt this management style want employees to fulfill the tasks assigned to them in the current environment. In the study, the mushroom management approach will be explained and the results of the application will be examined. In the literature review, it was seen that there was not much research. In addition, it has been revealed that the results of the studies on mushroom management practices and the behavior of employees in the organization are examined.
