Summary/Abstract: In the last two years, the world went through the challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic, which had its consequences in all areas, as well as in that of archives and archival science. Based on the experience of State Agency of Kosovo Archives (ASHAK) and my personal experience as an employee in this institution, in my paper I will discuss the reflection of the Covid-19 pandemic in our daily work, the availability of employees at work, the possibility of citizens' requests for access to archives and archival documents in ASHAK and so on. Here, we will point out the problems that have arisen as a result of the complete or partial closure during these two years. The positive and negative examples that we encountered during this time in the search for archival documents in ASHAK will be addressed. Also, based on our experience, some recommendations will be given on the basis of which ASHAK, but also other archives should take into account if not now than anyway in the future, in order to create favorable conditions for smooth work of researchers and employees in archives "even in pandemic conditions".
