Summary/Abstract: The research has been prepared to share the knowledge and experience of Turkey's tourism sector with Kyrgyzstan. Within the scope of the research, first of all, the knowledge and thoughts of business managers operating in different regions of Kyrgyzstan about tourism were examined. In accordance with the purpose of the research, 26 senior managers of tourism enterprises operating in different regions of Kyrgyzstan were accepted to the training program in Turkey. Managers and department heads of hotels in different regions of Antalya conveyed the subjects related to their fields of expertise theoretically and practically. Along with the training program, various social and cultural activities have also been tried to promote the different richness of Turkey. The thoughts of the participants before they came to Turkey and their thoughts after the visit were investigated. As a result of the examinations, it was determined that there was no great difference in the participants' thoughts about Turkey before and after the training. Within the scope of the research, the participants were also asked to indicate the strengths and weaknesses of the tourism sector of Turkey and Kyrgyzstan. A SWOT analysis was carried out using these obtained data. State support, richness of historical and natural resources, marketing success, service quality, location and rich tourism diversity have been determined as strengths for Turkish tourism. Natural beauties, hospitality, historical resources, alternative tourism potential and affordable prices are also prominent elements of Kyrgyzstan tourism. State support, which is stated as the weakest aspect of Kyrgyzstan, is shown among the strengths of Turkish tourism.
