Model for Developing Physical Qualities in Primary School

Summary/Abstract: The article presents and discusses the problem of the development of speed-strength qualities in students of primary school age. They are one of the most important physical properties and underlying physical fitness. The practical realization of this task requires thorough knowledge, rational use of methods and means, but at the same time.pursuit of new and more effective forms of action in order to increase functionality and scientific rationalization of work in physical education at school. This is the goal that we set in the present study. Proceeding from the importance of the problem, we believe that our proposed model to optimize the development of speed-strength qualities in students of primary school age will be useful for anyone who has to work in respect elementary school.
