The autobiographical basis of Ludmiła Marjańska’s work in the light of documents, her own reminiscences, and selected poetry

Summary/Abstract: Aim. The aim of the article is to present the reminiscences of Ludmiła Marjańska in the light of selected poems and an analysis of documents.Concepts. The article is based on previous research on autobiographism and biographism, and presents the autobiographical space shaped directly in the form of Ludmiła Marjańska's private memoirs, which are the literature of the testimony. The main assumption of the article is an analysis of the poet's personal experiences, especially those experiences which in turn became an inspiration in creating poetic content.Results and conclusions. The research assumptions introducing the genetic context and literary critical statements reflect the autobiographical background of the writer's poetic works. An exhibition of selected elements of the poet's biography allows for the reconstruction of important life events transformed into literary material.Cognitive value.
