Human resource management in an organization – conflicts

Summary/Abstract: Aim. The aim of this article is to analyze the state of knowledge, present selected possibilities, and methods of conflict resolution, as well as explain key concepts and definitions within the scope of the topic.Materials and methods. This article is a review publication. Based on a review of available literature, an attempt was made to analyze the functioning of organizations and the role played by the managing entity. Possibilities for resolving conflict situations are presented. The first part of the article focuses on the definition of an organization. The second part emphasizes the importance of leadership and the significant role of a leader in an organization. The third part of the article is dedicated to conflict. The research methodology adopted includes a review of current literature and an analysis of existing studies. This research focused on scientific articles and literature related to organizations and the conflicts that may arise within them.Results and conclusion. This article represents a synthesis of previously conducted research. Despite numerous discussions and studies, there is no strictly defined universal framework for conflict resolution and crisis mitigation in organizations. This topic continues to be the subject of ongoing research.Cognitive value. The article presents definitions of key concepts to systematize knowledge related to the subject. It analyzes the consequences of conflicts and identifies key sources of conflict. Additionally, it presents possibilities and methods for resolving conflict situations. This article can serve as a basis for further research and scientific discussions.
