Summary/Abstract: IFLA, in partnership with EBLIDA, Public Libraries 2030, LIBER and SPARC Europe, has developed A Library Manifesto for Europe. The Manifesto highlights the need to prioritize the libraries and their users for stimulating activities related to support of education and skills, research and innovation. In Bulgaria the Manifesto was first translated by the National Library “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” and became accessible through its website.
