The Axiology of Mediation with the Participation of Entrepreneurs: Reflections

Summary/Abstract: The use of mediation as a consensual method of dealing with disputes has its axiological justification in the widely understood practice of economic transactions. In this case, the axiology of human activity also has its praxeological dimension. Mediation is a tool for the implementation of values such as social good and social justice because it is not only an expression of the idea of restorative justice but also the implementation of procedural justice mechanisms, by incorporating the mechanisms of bottom-up participation in the practice of dealing with disputes, which in effect relieves the judiciary and the public administration system.
