Summary/Abstract: Experience from research and analysis of practice shows that good schools are characterized primarily by a high spirit of community, cooperation and cooperation between teachers, with common activities, initiatives, with a high degree of identification of teachers with "their" school, with cooperation with other schools and institutions, with new relationships between teachers and leaders. In this sense, we are talking about a new organizational culture, new organizational behavior and development, which determine the appearance of the modern and future educational institution.
