Summary/Abstract: In the first days of the state of emergency, “Petar Stapov” Regional Library – Targovishte developed a plan for activities based on effective solutions and aiming at keeping people healthy, calm, able to work, informed and connected. At the end of March, the Library joined the GLBF initiative, part of the Get Your Fact Straight project, which focuses citizens' attention on media literacy and in particular on the dissemination of educational resources to combat misinformation on social networks.
