Summary/Abstract: The presented short statement describes the characteristics of the digital platform (digital library) РЕГИНА ПИ (REGINA PI), created ten years ago by a consortium of four regional libraries. The excellent functionality of the platform is highlighted along with the significant investment of public funds in the project. The need of future enrichment and development of the digital library is motivated with five arguments and the recovery of РЕГИНА ПИ is strongly recommended by the academic community.
