Summary/Abstract: A computer terminal with an electronic tourist map has opened in the “Stilian Chilingirov” Regional Library in Shumen. It provides information about the cultural and historical heritage of the Shumen region, which is of national and local importance but is poorly popularized and today remains outside the traditional tourist routes. The library provided access to its information arrays for blind people through a specialized electronic device.
