Summary/Abstract: On March 28, 2023, at the Kozminski University in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as "ALK"), the 2nd National Scientific Conference in the series "E-courts - extended space of justice" entitled Reliability of remote hearings was held. Findings. It continued the topics already discussed at last year's conference2, which was dictated not only by the growing voices about the need to regulate remote hearings in Polish law, but above all by the desire to present the results of scientific research conducted in this area in the second half of 2022 by a legal student research group created in ALK.
