Summary/Abstract: Concerted activity is a fundamental institution of United States federal labor law, which applies both to union and non-union employees in the private sector. This article outlines its main concepts and compares some of its tenets to Polish labor law, as it applies to industrial relations. A point of departure for this analysis is the recent attempts of Amazon employees to resolve workplace conflicts by means of concerted activity in the period 2020-2022.
