Summary/Abstract: The basic tasks of the road operator comes down to ensuring safety, full organization and order on public roads. Between the failure to perform statutory requirements and damage occurring to the vehicle. The scope of liability in the case of damages involving wild animals is similar, where the road operator is responsible for the safety of road users. In a situation where damage is done to the road surface through the contamination of engine fluids as a result of a transport incident, then the perpetrator has liability for the damage and his insurer (under the civil liability insurance contract) is obliged to cover the compensation claims against the road operator in order to restore the road to its previous state.
