Numerous works of the scholar were published in Russian, Czech, English and other European languages in scientific collections issued in Prague and Beograd, as well as in periodicals (Slavische Rundschau, Ruch filosofický and others). Lapshin’s book Ruská hudba. Profily skladatelů (‘The Russian Music. Composer’s portraits’) was published in 1947 and awarded by the Slavonic Institute’s Award. He also prepared some books on philosophy and the Russian literary aesthetics.
