Summary/Abstract: In this peaper we wont to indicate that in the political scene in post-Dayton Bosnia and Herzegovina formulation of the ’’spirit” of Dayton uses a purely ideological and used as a means to consociational nature of the BH treated as a ’’letter” of the Constitution, and that the real ’’spirit” of the Constitution of the Democratic majority. When the text of Annex 4 to correctly read, it undoubtedly, both the letter and spirit of a consociational nature.
