BŁĘDNIE WYPOWIEDZIANY I ODEBRANY KOMUNIKAT JAKO JEDNA Z CZĘSTYCH PRZYCZYN POWSTAWANIA KONFLIKTÓW
INCORRECTLY SPOKEN AND RECEIVED MESSAGE AS ONE OF THE FREQUENT CAUSES OF CONFLICTS

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to indicate a misspoken or misread message as one of the common causes of conflicts. Using the concept of „Communication ears of von Thun”, „Conditions of ego by Berne” and the Maslow Pyramids showed how a wrongly received message influences life and relationships with other people. The analysis of these concepts shows that many misunderstandings and conflicts could be avoided if it is taken into account that the same words are perceived differently, which can be interpreted in other way depending on the current situation.
